Experience North-Jutland
Nordstrand Camping is the perfect place if you want to combine camping and attractions. Enjoy the silence and the perfect idyll the one day, and go on a trip the next day. It is easy to get around when camping at Nordstrand Camping.
Families with children could take a trip to Fårup Sommerland – one of the biggest amusement parks in Denmark, only a 60 minutes drive from Nordstrand Camping.
You can also get a wild experience when visiting Aalborg Zoo or go into the deep at Nordsøen Ocenarium in Hirtshals. Both only a 60 minutes drive from the site.
For those who are cultural, there are a lot of experiences as well. Take a trip to Skagen – the active ones can take the bike, or you can go to Aalborg and visit the art museum, Kunsten.
Take the ferry…
Go and take a trip overseas. The small isle in Kattegat, Læsø, is worth a visit. Just take a 90 minutes boat trip. At Læsø you can have some guided tours or visit the isle on your own by bike or bus.
How about a trip to Sweden? Visit Göteborg – whether you want to shop or visit the amusement park, Liseberg is up to you to decide. But everyone in the family will love it.
