As something very special, Frederikshavn has its very own palm beach. Here you will experience a true southern atmosphere and the feeling of a holiday among palm trees and seaweed parasols. If you want to laze in the shade, you can lie down under the palm trees or under one of the many seaweed parasols that can be found on the beach.
Beachvolley
On the beach you will find a large area with beach volleyball courts. Here you have space to develop physically, compete and win. Find some new friends on the beach or get mom and dad out of the sunbed – and you are ready for battle.
Child friendly
The east-facing beach is particularly child-friendly with shallow, calm water just 200 m from the campsite. Let the little ones play at the water's edge. The sand is perfect for building sandcastles and forts.
